[Resolved] Flipkart — Denying to refund under warranty on the subject of mobile phone i had purchased from flipkart | |||
Honorable president Consumer control panel. This is on the subject of a lenovo k3(model no-K50a40), i had order on 10th of aug and the product was delivered to me on 17 of aug2015. sir/mam On 17th only i had requested them to check on my problem with the phone and i had requested them for refundment of my phone. But they people are giving wrong reasons to install some applications and all and i have already talked to them many times but they are not solving my problem at all. i am a person who is in search of job and because of this phone i have already lost my 4 days by attending calls from their side as they are scheduling a new call everyday. sir, i have also recorded the conversation with their customer care people and also i had talked to their manager, this type of problem i had faced previously also with this flipkart only. its a matter of issue for me as i am a person with responsibilities. i hereby have decided to file a complain against flipkart people. i am attaching the cash memo of the phone with all specifications inscripted on that. On Dated 21st Aug without the concern of customer they have resolved the issue as well, without issue resolving and written text are:- "Flipkart.com [protected]@flipkart.com via dynect.net 11:24 AM (5 hours ago)" Hi Subodh, Greetings from Flipkart.com! We want to inform you that your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected] has been resolved. We have looked into and solved your concern as per our discussion and accordingly closed your return request. Please visit our Cancellations & Returns page for more details. They havn't mentioned anywhere of the terms and conditions to install such and now they are not even listening the problem at all. Sir As i have already lost so much money and time.I am getting so mcuh trouble by these so please help me to refund my all amount and extra cost as well.
