Flipkart — Did not get complete refund!! | |||||
Order - od[protected] I have order 2 motion sensor for play station 3 costing 4980 rs in total. But flipkart has sent me used and old product and when i raised the return and refund request for the same. They collected only one and refunded only the half amount 2490 rs. Since one week i am doing follow up with flipkart customer care and everytime they make false promised that someone will come to come to pick it in next 24 hrs but till today no one came. I am really disappointed with flipkart services I have got so many incident ids from every cust. Care executive but not the solution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
