[Resolved]  Flipkart — Digiflip Pro XT 712 Tablet - No support

Hi, I have purchased Digiflip Pro XT 712 Tablet on 4-7-14 and it stopped working. There is no customer support for this. The customer care gave me a false support service center. When called they said, they do not support flipkart. Kindly take a look. Thanks Ausaf

Actually I took Digiflip pro xt811 and it has assured kitkat upgrade but i m not getting the update now what to do and over this this tab doesnot have any service center
I too have problem with XT712 and Flipkart provided wrong service center. I drive around 45 KMS and finally they told they will not take up the Digiflip. Almost 4 months gone and no response from Flipkart.
I have purchase digiflip pro tablet and he dead after 1 and half month.. survice center no support n false comnt.. 2 month..very bad service.. n flipkart also very bad..no purchase in future in flipkart..
I had purchased a digiflip xt 911 tablet on COD from flip kart in june 2015 ..with assurance that it is under warranty for 1 year on tab and 6 months of accessories and wide after sales service network at 120 center across the nation...after receiving the product it was discover that visibly it was ok but some time causes a problem in detecting the sim...first I asked for replacement in the beginning it self and they rejected quoting the issue between me and the seller mutually agreed upon...but after some time I again made complaint then they arranged a call from technician who tried to convinced me that it is due to poor network in my area and my return request is again over looked ...In november 2015 the tab fell down from my hand and physically and visibly it was all ok but completely unable to detect the sim.I called them again and they make me to change the sim .but no positive solution is being achieved ...then I again made a approach to them and then they provided a list of service center available nearer to me have a check up...I discover after making numerous call that 85% of the service center out of that provided list were fake and inactive ...then they press to visit to bikaner a.v care ganpati plaza stating as their authorised centre ...bikaner is 200km away from my place and i spended the entire my source to visit to bikaner ...after visiting bikaner and their said service center the said engineer was not at all willingly to accept the tablet and clearly stated that he no more deals with digiflip due to lack of support even he mail to them describing my tablet problem and to provide the necessary spare part that is sim slot and sim tray which is manufacturing defect to do the tablet ok and ask me to go back and on any update he will revert back to me .then i came back and updated the flip kart about the entire incident via mail ...they again asked to revisit and submit the tablet to service center and then revert back to them ...every time when I made a approach to C.S flip kart they just keep on buying 5 days time to revert back with a resolution ...with no option left I once again made a visit to bikaner on my own resource and submitted the tablet to the said destination but engineer was not there ...I speak to him on cell phone and requested him to have a look then that engineer instructed me to leave the tablet to a person at his shop and he will check up and if the spare part would be provided to him from the brand then he will call me to collect the tablet and that is too chargeable which i do agreed ...but he was not willing to provide any acknowledge of reciept ...on insisting and giving reference of mail received from flip kart customer support he asked his manager to recieve the tablet and give me the reciept ...I left the tablet there and come back to my place ..next day i updated the customer support flip kart about the entire incident and as well as receipt provided to and the entire audio clip of the conversation and discussion with engineer recorded on my cell to them...again flip kart asked to wait for some time for an update from service center ...I also made a follow up to engineer over phone and in jan 2016 he updated that sim slot jacket pin on mother board are cause of problem and they created and bend in sim tray and on replacing both of them it will be ok ...he has removed the defective slot on the board and waiting for a required part from the brand and so far he has not recieved any update ...In the mean time i was continously in touch with flip kart and again and again they are buying a time ...here the service engineer started avoiding my call and blocked me on true caller ...i approched to customer care and then they esclated the matter to brand and asked me to wait for 7 days ...after 10 day neither brand responded nor service centre engineer responded .then flip kart asked me to collect the tablet from service centre and revert back to them so they arranged a pick up from my place and refund me the amount 100% as thier is no respond from the brand too ...once again I visited to bikaner on my own to collect the tablet from the service centre and come back to suratgrh rajasthan my place ...this too and fro 3 times visit had cost me Rs 3000/- I again mail to them and now they approved my return and refund and asked me to wait for another 5 day and their pick service will pick up the product from me and so be ready with product with it original packing but after 5 day no update was so once again called up them again..this time they provide me the return id and asked me to reship the parcel to the address as provided and they will reimburse me the courier charges and as well as tablet amoun t to wallet account which could further be transfered to my banks account ...i reshipped the parcel to them via dtdc plus ref no v26506603 quoting :Order ID :OD[protected]Return ID: 43908185 Warehouse Address: Bilaspur warehouse, Bilaspur pataudi road, near bilaspurchowk at nh8, Opp. tata service center, Bilaspur, Haryana - 122413 and also provided the scan image of courier receept and then they refund me 600 as a promotional amount to be only used for future shopping and the other hand the ware house has refused to accept the tablet and return back to me ...they are doing cheating not standing with their promise and jsut buying on time and not responding in required manner even the Incident: IN[protected] is in active status and some more time is been tried to buy on ...pls do some thing I have already sended near 4000/- in this and received only frustration and what ever i have mentioned here is with on record proof s whether it is in wriiten forms or converation in form of audio clip are preserved with me which i could be able provide in my favour...now they have refunded the amount into the wallet compartment with a condition that it could only be used for future purchase from the same retailer and is not refundable and only be applicable after the tablet reach to them
