[Resolved] Flipkart — Dont know how to resolve the issues and behaves like boss in front of customer | |||||
I have placed the order on flipkart with order id OD[protected] on 4th Jan 2016 Product was Sansui SH223EBR-FDA 215 L Single Door Refrigerator(Burgundy Red) when i placed the order it was mentioned in the description, product is 4 star . and I got it on 12th jan 2016, and I was surprised to see it was not 4 star, 3star. then i went to listing page, BOSS they have changed it... Lucky I had saved the page before placing order in my desktop and immediately I have contacted the customer care, they told me I will get resolution within 24 hrs and there was some scratches on front panel also.. So I mentioned that thing also.. and then after 2 days I got a call from them and they said they will replace it .. I said ok on 16th Jan they replaced it and again it was 3 star product. raised a concern and then called their customer care, the executive clearly told we don't get the snapshots, that I sent earlier . So it is better you call after 10 AM or drop a note again with snapshots Again I put all the snapshots in the mail, and I asked them either you give me some reimbursement as this is mistake from ur end or replace the product with 4 star .. Next morning I got a call, some lady was on the call. extreme rude.. I was sleeping as I work in night shift... I asked her, this is my concern, she replied in standard way. we can't reimburse you anything, either take refund or replace. or do whatever you want to do.. - on face .. Great .. now a days e-commerce sites CC started growing guts to reply in this way to customer i asked replace with what ? she said, same thing - 3 star ... I clearly said, do you think I am fool. the whole month I will work with you to get the replacement .. now.the delivered product bottom is unstable .. it moves with some pressure.. but I can't chase these guys for replacement or reimbursement.. As they dont know what they are selling And there are some links on google that are pointing to flipkart product page with 4 star rating in the description.. So definitely they have made these changes . I am sure...but they are ready to accept Was this information helpful? | |||||
