Flipkart — Dont want replacement but refund

my order no is : OD[protected] I received a different product from the seller. I called the customer care and wanted to raise a refund request. but without even listening to me the operator raised a replacement request and cut the call. i called again and asked for refund but he asked me since replacement is already raised, it will take at lest 24 hours to place a refund request and he asked me to wait for a confirmation message from flipkart that suppose to come before 24hrs. 24hrs is already passed and I did not receive any message nor email also there is no update in my flipkart profil. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and refund the amount. the name of the flipkart agents that i talked are... First i takled with Mr. Parikhit Bhuyan, after he cut the call, Second time, the call was picked up Mr. Ankit Yadav, if they are telling the names correctly.
