[Resolved] Flipkart — Duplicate company product supplied

We ordered for Halonix 3W Bulbs. Order No. was OD[protected]
but the product supplied was not of the brand Halonix, instead it was of some local made brand. So we have cancelled the order and returned the shipment. Please kindly take into consideration that the above supplier is a cheater as he is not supplying the correct product as mentioned on the site.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Resolution: Spoke to customer and informed us that he did not except the order and informed us that it is was a local brand. However, customer reject the order. Hence, closing the case.
