[Resolved] Flipkart — Duplicate item delivery

I purchased puma dp runner shoes, but the shoes was duplicate, i have following reasons for that- 1- finishing is very bad(which is not done by puma) 2- the QR code present beneath the toungue of the shoes are not registered with puma 3- unfinished logo order ID- OD[protected]􀀛􀀜􀀓􀀖􀀖􀀕􀀙

Updated by saurabhy78 i have refunded the shoes but many people don't know how to distinguish between original and duplicate, and they are getting duplicate item everyday. So action is required as soon as possible.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer on [protected], he disconnected the call. The refund for the product has been initiated on January 06, 2016.

i also ordered puma dp running shoe from flipkart, please tell your seller, and where is QR Code in Shoes ??, i haven't seen yet, i only heard about Bar Code, which application, website, app to check QR code, please tell me detail
