Flipkart — Duplicate product received from Flipkart

i have placed the order for head phone and i have received the Duplicate product from Flipkart after sending multiple reminders to customer care till now i have not recieved any update on the product replacement or the refund of my amount so please help to place the complaint against flip kart which harresed me a lot with money and health I can provide all proof if required
