[Resolved] Flipkart — Duplicate supply of perfume

Dear Sir, I have bought perfume from your online portal. But I feel the perfume supplied by you is duplicate as its fragrance disappears in just fifteen minutes. The world class brand can not be like this. The make is Burberry Brit Summer Editions for Women. Please suugest how to check its authenticity.Should i send this to Burberry Company or will you give any remedy for this. The cost is around 3000/- and its really shocking that product does not last for more than 15 minutes after its application. Hope you will understand me. I'm sorry to know that you have received a duplicate product and we would defnitely escalate the issue to the concerned team and this validated. This product only had 10 day replacement period and it is found that you have not contacted Flipkart customer care reporting the complaint and we would not be able to take a return.
