[Resolved] Flipkart — DVD not playing properly

Order OD[protected] tanu weds Manu was delivered to me last week around the 11th of June. I played the DVD yesterday and it kept getting stuck. got a feeling that it was not original print. I would like to get a new print delivered to me and I can return the old one. in case you cannot deliver me a new print of the same movie, I will return the DVD and wish to get a refund

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and she complains stating that the CD delivered is faulty and gets stuck. Customer wanted a replacement, so taken request for the same and closing the case.
