Flipkart — Reg. delivery of hometown fabric 1 seater sofa | |||||
Hi, I just want to raise my concern here about my "hometown fabric 3+1 seater" sofa which i ordered on 6th-june-2016. issue is that - i got only 3 seater sofa only and despite regular follow ups with flipcart cc and home town cc - i have not received my 1 seater sofa yet. they told 1 seater was damaged and hence they need 1 more week time for getting it from some where but since then it has been 3-4 weeks time and they keeps on delaying it further. another major issue from flip cart is that - they were suppose to update the delivery status as "delivered" only for 3 seater but they did it for 1 seater as well. i requested to change the status couple of time but its not been taken care yet. Now i want - either they deliver 1 seater sofa asap or else they should come and take 3 seater as well since it's of no use to me without matching 1 seater... and refund whole amount asap. I have been following up regularly and it has been almost 1 & half month time without any resolution.. i am now kind of fed up waiting for my own purchased product... please help. I am from kurmanapalem in Visakhapatnam. recently I ordered ASUS ZenFone max of 32 gb from flipkart website. I received the product yesterday evening I found that in my kit there are no headphones in the kit. I contacted flipkart services so I request you to kindly request you to consider my complaint send me the head phones to my address
