[Resolved] Flipkart — exchange policy and non delivery in case of product not as per company policy | |||||
I ordered Asus Zenfone max pro M1 with exchange, firstly the pick up guy refused to take the old phone saying it was "body damage", I tried to convince him that it was a used phone and naturally it would have some scratches, but he sited company policy and stuff to which I said ok, leave it i will pay you the difference and deliver the phone to me. Now once again this great company policy was sited and he refused to deliver the phone and took it back. Flipkart you seriously need to consider this issue as I am sure lot of people must be facing the same. Now you expect me to order this phone again and wait for 15 days !!.
