Flipkart — Failed delivery and refusal to pay | |
I have placed 4 orders on Flipkart 06 aug delivery date was 14 August, but flipkart has not delivered even single order, now falsely claiming that delivery agent tried reaching me but unable to!! I didn't get any option to contact ekart executive either, when I raised complaint with flipkart they don't respond n resolve complaint! Flipkart is not reliable ecommerce company any more doesn't care about customers, I had ordered as bday gift but flipkart ruined it, I need compensation from flipkart and reason why product was not delivered to me !! There was no attempt to deliver product but false claim from delivery agent!! Flipkart is cheating customers, I will not be alone with this experience!!
