i bought a moto e 2nd gen mobile on flipkart. they are having a guaranteed 30 days return policy. i was delivered on 14th march and i am having a lot of problems in this mobile. so i complained it to flipkart before their timeline of 30 days. but they did not give a proper response. thay called me after 1 week they called and gives a trouble shooting steps. i tried that, but no use. after that no any single response from flipkart. due to my work, i can't able to followup with flipkart. after a certain time i got a message that the return request is rejected. i shocked and called them, they said the same and refusing to return this defective mobile. many buyers are having issue with this mobile, but flipkart is not giving a proper solution.
i have attached a screenshot. in this, its showing that the issue is resolved between seller and buyer. but the issue is not resolved till now. i did not confirm to flipkart that my issue is resolved.
help me to return this defective mobile to flipkart and get my hard earned money.
