[Resolved] Flipkart — Fake sony product | |||
Hi I ordered a Sony CP-F10L Portable Power Supply on 19th of jan and got it delivered on 27th jan . OD[protected] . The product was not working fine so i called your customer care and they told me to visit sony service center . The Sony guy told me that THE PRODUCT IS FAKE, which came as a surprise to me . I would like to file a complaint for the same .This should be last product from flipkart . I didnt know that you guys sell fake products . Verified Support Feb 15, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer asked him to revert back with the bank details to initiate refund. Customer agreed and hence closing the case as the issue is already addressed and escalated to the concerned team as per previous interaction.
