Flipkart — False information shared by field executive

I had ordered the product but the field executive did not deliver the product and provided false information that phone is damaged for return and not working condition. Because of this false information, flipkart is now not delivering the product.

Morning I called and they said a call back will be arranged but no one has called yet.

Placed a new order but it was automatically canby the system with my fund stuck.

4th October 2016
Got a call based in this complaint, the executive(Name:Sumuo) promised to get the product delivered with exchange. As I was on call with him I told I'll place the order while I'm phone, and as I did the order was cancelled again and my funds stuck again. *Flipkart is cheating it's customers*
He promised to call back once he checked with his team internally but he never called back yet.
