Sir this is in regard to my redmi note 4 (Black - 64gb) that i have purchased from flipkart having order no od[protected]. Sir the accessories with the handset is faulty and are not in working condition. Sir i even visited a service center they refused me for providing a replacement of the accessories. Verified Support Jul 31, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complaint that accessories are defective. We interacted and apologized for the issue and provided Rs.500 to purchase new accessories. Hence closing the case.
