[Resolved]  Flipkart — Faulty mobile handset

I had bought a mobile phone from Flipkart. Post using it for a few days, I found that the mobile gets heated up with 5-10 mins of talking. I raised a complaint against the faulty piece. Flipkart responded and asked to install an app with which they can monitor phone temperature. When they called me to check, the phone's temp was 41 deg celcius. At that time they mentioned that if it is about 45 deg Celcius then we will take the return. The problem continued and I kept on calling Flipkart but of no use. They finally gave me a call when I escalated the issue. However, I came to know that 1st time they mentioned in their records that the temp was just 32 deg celcius. Further, when they checked for the second time, the temp came to 45 deg, 44 deg and 42 deg celcius. However, they are refusing to replace the faulty product delivered. Flipkart should immediately stop cheating customers by giving false commitments to the customers which they can't service. Highly disappointed by the response from Flipkart. Need a quick resolution - replacement.

Phone is having several problems as mentioned below :

1.
Phone gets hang many a times in a day.

When we use the camera the totally display
gets completely blank.

messaging default swipe works very slow.

There is a over heating issue during the
mobile is in use.

5.When ever i receive a call the phone automatically starts the torch

Again we raised an another compliant they said me to update MIUI to 6.4.2.9 but
since from 5 days it kept updating through good WIFI connection but the
connection got broked after the update o[censored]p to 75MB, However
I got fed up with the issues held on the phone since from day one, hence I completely
dissatisfied with the phone and requesting you to refund the complete amount or
replace the new one.
