Flipkart — Faulty product not replaced or return | |||||
Hi team My name is Devendra Saxena i am a Flipkart customer. I have concern and big issue that i ordered Lenovo A6000 Plus on 22 March 2016 which was delivered by delivery boy to me on 26 March 2016 and after that i found that my phone have some issue like power on/off sometimes touch doesn't work sometime battery doesn't charge properly then I went to service centre I.e saini sadhu computer point situated at bharatpur atleast 5-7 times but still problem is not resolved even they refused to replace the phone with new one, still my phone is in warranty period. I need my money back or want to replace my phone with new one if doesn't happen then please you will take some legal action against Flipkart and file a consumer complaint.
