Flipkart — flipkart account blocked and order not replacing

My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activating
My flipkart account connected with my mobile no-[protected] it is not connected with email and when i enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
I have revived power bank in the mobile box this is first time for me i faced this issue. I complained and agent created replacement but no one contacted within 72 hours. After 4 days passed and received the message replacement canceled. Today i complained and told me to wait another 72 hours, after disconnecting the call from the flipkart agent my flipkart account got blocked. Again contacted and agent saying that my account block issue will be solved withing 18th oct. This is really frustrating for a plush member. I already log complain (No[protected] with national consumer forum for those. I am really helpless. I will never trust again flipkart and i will forward these news to all. Also inform to media and all the social sites so that other people can not face this issue.

Please don't give sly explanation. I received power bank instate of Redmi Note 7 pro with order id -OD[protected]. Once I complained with you then your team created replacement and asked me to wait for 72 hours and told me that seller will call and confirm the replacement. But 72 hours passed and 4th day seller rejected my request then again I complained with your team after complaining your team told me to wait for 24 hours and after disconnected the call my account blocked from your end. And now giving me a fake reason. I am a Flipkart plus member and you guys treating me like this. I am really afraid. Please help me with my two issue.

1st Please unblock my Flipkart Plus account-[protected].
2nd Please provide me the replacement of OD[protected]Redmi note 7 pro) which I received a power bank instate of mobile.

Please provide me the details of the order details where you can proof that my cancellation of order is high. I can surely tell you that it is not valid. Please unblock my account and provide me refund of the redmi note 7pro where as i received shope inside the box. Your team instead of providing replacement my account has been locked and provide this fake response. This is not expected fro. Flipkart. I am using Flipkart since 10 years. First time i faced this issue and not getting help from Flipkart.
