[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart big fraud day

I placed order for a toy on 04th October from seller Nizomi for 854/-. it was delivered on 09 Oct 2021. I received toy in opened form with bubble wrapped and no price tag??? I didn't buy used product, flipkart is refusing to pick the order for more than 5 days n asking me to wait, they are postponing the pick up date again n again. I need compensation for cheating me and allowing seller to sell fake n used product. no action is taken against seller, my negative review is removed and not published, this allows seller to cheat customers
