[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart cancelled my order | |||||
Hi, this is sonali dey from kharagpur. I ordered a mobile phone lenovo k8 plus with a offer price of 8999/-, (2000/- off) on 24th september 2017, the order id is od[protected]. But today (27th september, 2017) i received an e-mail notifying me that the order has been cancelled. This is so irritating. How can you just cancel the order. May be there is shortage of stock but cancellation of order is not the way out. When you don't have sufficient stock then why did you put it in your offer list. Verified Support Oct 07, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about order cancellation. We had interacted with the customer and asked him to place a fresh order before 04/10/2017. To avail same offer. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
