[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart Cheating Customers by delivering Wrong/Defective Products | |||
Hi Team, This is a complaint regarding my last Moto g2 mobile purchase " OD[protected] ". They shipped me the wrong product and after my complaint, initiated the refund request too. And now the courier guy has taken back the product from me two days back by giving a acknowledgement slip to me. But still now, i didn't get any confirmation/acknowledgement from Flipkart side regarding the Pickup done and refund process. They simply denying my complaint now after getting back the product. And even not giving any confirmation. And now, i loose my money and the product too not with me. Flipkart is cheating its customers all the time and delivering wrong/Defective products all the time. Hence i request everyone to raise complaints against the issue they face to open out all the issues.. NO COMPROMISE !!! SIMPLY COMPLIANCE !!! I Need my money back. And will not refer Flipkart to anyone any more...!!! Thanks.., Was this information helpful? | |||
