[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart food items at health risk | |
I purchased food product banana chips package from flipkart delivered on 01 May 2021, worth 240/-. I noticed that the package was damaged and torn on multiple ends. I raised complaint with flipkart on 02 may, I was told that complaint will be resolved by 08 may but till today nothing done from flipkart !!! This shows lack of empathy that flipkart shows towards customers during pandamic, flipkart is selling items without proper packaging n encourage sellers by not taking action. Flipkart is also cheating customers by only publishing positive reviews but blocking negative ones!! I am attaching the screenshot proof of damaged package I need flipkart to pay me compensation for harassing n cheating by selling a damaged food item Was this information helpful? | |
