Flipkart — flipkart fraud not delivering orders | |||
I ordered during big billion day sale, but flipkart failed to deliver for 20 days and then cancelled the order themselves!! Why cancel after 20 days? If you cant deliver why sell in the first place? Customer care is absolute # and logistics is crap!! Not sure how many more customers get cheated like this!! I am been cheated and i would like to claim compensation. When i have spoken to customer care they committed product to be delivered in 24hrs, i want to file case of fraud against flipkart!! This is not the first time flipkart has cheated not 1 but 2 orders also more than 10 orders they have done the same. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Oct 26, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your product "Miss & Chief Boys Printed Pure Cotton T Shirt" and "Disney my first beach racket set Badminton" has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. This isn't something we would want you to experience. If you like, you may place a new order for the product, the seller will work with the courier service provider to ensure the product reaches you. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
