[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart has no replacement policy beware

I have placed an order for mobile phone of rs, 20000/ value by order id od[protected], it was delivered on 22 of january, on opening the box i found that headset was missing and most likely it was a already a returned product of some other customer, i called them immediately and informed them about this, flipkart executive immediatly credited 500 rs to my account and told me that he has transfered rs. 500 to my account and you can buy the headset from the market (Please note that rs 500 was transfered to my account without my consent), on my calling to phones brand customer care i found out that headset was more than of 500 rs and that too was not available at present, then i decided to exercise my right of replacement and i called flipkart customer care but they refused to replace and told me that as you have decided to take 500 rs. Gift card so now you lost your right to replace the product, i told them that i have not asked for rs 500 and you people have recorded conversation of me but of no avail.
Actually it was a trick by them to befool, me to take my right of replacement of the product.

Customer raised a complaint headset was missing, we interacted with the customer apologies for the issue and provided replacement . New Product was delivered to customer hence closing the complaint from our end.
