Flipkart — Flipkart - Hometown Fraud | |||||
On 16/10/15 I placed an order for a double bed with Flipkart sold by Hometown Order ID - OD[protected] Flipkart harassed and tortured me mentally by intimating me couple of times within the delivery time frame records that I will be receiving my order following day.I took leave from work and lost my wages in order to receive the order but nobody turned up. On bringing this issue to customer service all I got was to be patient and wait till delivery due date which was 16.11.15 To my horror when I check my account on 15.11.15 it indicates that the item has been delivered. I bring this up with Flipkart customer service. They ask me to wait for 48 hrs promising me a prompt resolution. Within this time I receive another email mentioning that my product has been installed which has never been delivered to me in the first place. I sent them a reminder email questioning on their promise for prompt resolution but they did not bother to reply. And when I called them later on at 5pm they made me wait for 15 mins on phone and than manager comes on line and disconnects me. Flipkart has cheated me of my money by falsifying records on my account as delivered and also installed. So as of now I haven no other option but to initiate a legal course of action against Flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
