I have ordered a K7 antivirus 1 year 1 pc on 1/5/2015, and they have delivered a vacant packet on 5/5/2015, I have complained at customer care on same date and they have accepted my complain but till yesterday either they have not delivering my product nor refunded me (Rs. 399.00). I have called several time regarding this issue and mailed also but nothing is happening. my order no Order ID - OD[protected], Product - K7 Total Security 1 PC 1 Year call time : 14th may 11:40 a.m call time 14 min 41 sec call time : 15th may 1:10 p.m call time 13 min 30 sec with possible Roshan call time : 15th may 7:09 p.m call time 10 min 42 sec with Shivam Agarwal call time : 18th may 10:50 a.m call time 7 min 19 sec with Imran Khan call time : 19th may 9:35 a.m call time 2 min 15 sec with mayank call time : 19th may 10:27 a.m call time 7 min 17 sec with kuljit I NEED MY MONEY BACK OR PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer says that he received a wrong product and replacement is still not deleivered as there is delay in pickup due to wrong item..Customer says that he has interacted with CS and there is no proper response and they only promised stating that they have sent e-mail to hub.. It is found that customer has good purchase history and hence provided refund & dont expect as an exception as he has posted his complaint in consumer complaints.
