[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart refund... issues... complaints | |||||
Money has not been refunded to my credit card for order od[protected]. It's been 20 days over but till now flipkart guys didn't resolve my issues. I have contacted multiple times to sbi credit card customer care with provided reference no 5122285232226665304022. Sbi guys were unable to see any details using this reference no. Bank customer care also mentioned the reference number is invalid can’t help. I have also raised the dispute to the sbi card with provided ref no and got the below reply. ""transaction dispute related: we request you to kindly ask merchant to refund the amount as till now we have not received the same."" I have sent all the details to flipkart customer care and i am getting below response. Dear shankar, Greetings from flipkart! This is with regards to your post in facebook. Order id: od[protected]! The refund initiation of rs. 2, 510/- has been completed from our end as per standard banking processes hence closing the case from our end. Your kind understanding in this regard is appreciated.
