Flipkart — Flipkart sells used products and doesn't refund the money back on returning the product back

I had ordered a phone from Flipkart worth Rs 18599/- which did not work from the very first day. I had requested for returning the product and they got the product picked up on the very next day, i.e. 31st Jan 2014. Since then I have been following up with them to refund my money back but there is no response and no updates from their side. They are still not able to track the returned product even after 8 days. I have submitted all the required receipts to them and even after that they are not able to give any updates on when will I get my money back.
