I ordered from Flipkart on 18th February for a Lenovo laptop which was delivered to me on 23rd February and now yesterday 27th February issue with the touchpad after some updates, the touchpad stopped working. I called the Lenovo service center to know about what's the problem with the touchpad, they gave me some suggestions when it was not working, then try by accessing my laptop via Remote access, but nothing changed.
And finally, they (the Lenovo team) told me to return the laptop to Flipkart (because your laptop still is in replacement/return policy) as the best option will be for you (the Lenovo team told me). So I go into my orders section and place a replacement request but every time in the final step an error occurs, so I tried to place the replacement request by calling Flipkart customer support, and guess what they told me the exact reason for error from their side too, now they told me to wait till 4 march (they said we are placing a request to check the error) but the problem is my return duration is valid up to 2 March.
