[Resolved]  Flipkart — fooling about the information of the product

Sir/madam
I have placed the order for this mic on august 21, 2018 and received it on august 28... But there was many issues regarding the replacement of the product..

Return request 1:
This was the first time of filing my return request due to damaged usb ports of the device. When the delivery person came to collect the mic from my house he said that a wire was missing so he cancelled the return request and asked me to file another one..

Return request 2:
I filed the return request second time.. When the delivery person came to collect the parcel he said that the color of the mic is not as same as mentioned in the box (Which i didn't notice and neither the delivery person who came to collect the parcel earlier mentioned it to me or in his record and rather marked the mic as "ok").. So i had to file another return request... This was the time i became little angry with your service..

Return request 3:

I filed a return request and moreover complained about the mistake of the delivery person... The parcel pickup was delayed so i called the customer care executive said nothing but sorry (Which he didn't mean at all because if he meant it he would send the delivery person on an urgent basis because i have already spent my precious time for a return).. During the conversation, the customer care executive said that there was no mention of the wire in the specifications of the product (Now this is another point to be taken into account)... This clearly means there is a mismatch between the photos in which two wires are clearly visible and the product specification which only mentions a karoeke mic.. This clearly states how you are fooling the customers and don't value them...

Then finally my return request was completed and i got a new parcel when my important exams were going on (As your delivery person came very much after the committed date of collection) and i had no time to look into the product... When i opened it after my exams were over, the wire which was missing earlier was again missing, the last date for return policy had ended... When i called the customer care executive (Name: amandeep singh), he simply said that return policy has ended, so we can't process the refund of the product... Moreover, when i told him that i was cheated, he said rudely "to hum kya kare isme" instead of forwarding my complaint and after i was able to file the complaint... He didn't have manners to speak to a customer and how can you keep such guy as your customer care executive..

Now following conclusions can be made out of this:

1. You are fooling your customers and moreover you are sticking to your return policy even after fooling them... You don't have any regret of fooling your customers... If you would have any, you would just return the product and moreover give some compensation (Not necessarily money)... If i would have cheated on you (Eg. By creating a fake return policy and returning a damaged product to you), what action your company would have taken? I know very well your company would just not let the matter go and would have taken a strong action against me...

2. You don't value the time of your customers

3. You just cover the mistakes of the people working in your company by playing with words.

Just imagine the intensity of the mental torture after such an incident..

I have ordered many products (Worth more than 1lakh) on the big billion days... I am sorry to say if nothing is done against such incident you will lose me as a regular customer...
