I ordered a rc toy from flipkart rs1516 and when i receive the order i get a different toy in that package which price i think 150rs max. I opened the package by the delivery boy and click some photos for proof. Which i have attached. Now i place return request in flipkart saying recived a different item but every time flipkart is cancel my request in total 4times i have already talked their costumer support but they are useless i think now my last hope is the site please help me from getting this fraud. We would like to inform you that pickup is scheduled by the seller and the product will be picked on or before 01 Oct 20. Please keep the initially delivered item ready along with all the accessories and price tags in the original product box. The seller will initiate the refund once the pick up is confirmed. The amount will be credited bank account within 2 business days from the date of initiation as per standard banking processes. Your kind understanding in this regard is appreciated.
