I had ordered a laptop under exchange. The delivery person rejected the exchange even without taking a look at the old laptop and insisted on making full payment without exchange discount. On complaint, flipkart team assured resolution but after keeping it pending for whole one week cancelled the order on its own.
Flipkart offers such schemes only to attract customers without any real intention to pick up the old laptop and in the process playing a fraudulent tactics to boost its sales. It not only takes advance money from customers but waste their time and effort as well.
I hope some legal authority take note of this and investigate the affairs at Flipkart to save customers from unnecessary harassment and manipulation by Flipkart. Was this information helpful? |
