Flipkart — Gst input not received

I have purchased iPhone 12 on 3rd October 2021 from Flipkart from seller SHREYASH RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED for ₹54999 which includes gst credit available of ₹8389.68
But as I am checking my gst portal Flipkart or seller does not file his return due to which I m getting any input.
so it’s been request to look into this matter seriously and either make them file return or refund my gst amount to my account as soon as possible as it’s my hard earned money…
