Flipkart — Have closed the account without giving evidence of their claim | |||||
I had been selling all my product listed under my brand name as 'KRITIGYA ENTERPRISES' which s mandatory for online selling and is one of best way to survive in the market if you have your own trademark. But flipkart team, once I added a product from existing catalog which is a method for seller to use for quick listing and experimenting the response of a new product, I gave up the same product when did not find much of a response but team inactive my account, claiming "faulty product sold", when I asked for those evidences they did not reply saying"we do not give it". And no payment was paid further for returns of any product when account was inactive. Was this information helpful? | |||||
