[Resolved] Flipkart — Highly disappointed! | |||||
Just had a rather disappointing interaction with Flipkart. I had bought a Moto G3 phone that was delivered to me on August 31. I noticed earlier today that its speaker had stopped working completely. No calls aloud, no media playing, no ringtone; nothing! I'd been noticing something off for a couple of days, but realized the full extent of the issue only today. Tried all Android settings, set the phone back to factory mode, but to no avail. I immediately called up Flipkart. After speaking to two levels of their customer service chain and spending 25 minutes on hold, I was told that they won't be replacing the faulty phone because I called in "two hours after the 30-day replacement window". Seriously? Not the right moves for a brand that's planning to take on the most customer-centric company in the world! Was this information helpful? | |||||
