Flipkart — Hindware Atlantic 3L instant water geyser on 22.09.21 (order id OD[protected]

I have placed an order for Hindware Atlantic 3L instant water geyser on 22.09.21 (order id OD[protected] RS.2349. Till date neither the product is delivered to me nor the refund get credited to my account beside multiple complaints on flipkart website, email, telephonically and even on social media platforms. Multiple times I was told to cancel the order, provide bank account details which I have done and multiple times I was getting a message that the return/refund is cancelled by the seller. Till date the status of order on flipkart website is out for delivery. On 02.10.21 flipkart asked for my bank account details to credit the refund which I had provided and later on I was informed that the refund is cancelled by the seller. Afterwards I have placed multiple complaints on 03.10.21, 05.10, 14.10, 16.10. On 16.10.21 I was told by an executive to share bank account statement on [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com which I had done and no joy. Again the same thing repeated on 19.10, 20.10. On 20.10 I got a mail mentioning that the order is cancelled by the seller as courier partner is unable to deliver the product and amount will be refunded. Later on nothing happened. On 24.10 I have raised a complaint to grievance officer of flipkart with all attachments (communications and mine Bank account Statement) nothing happened. On 26.10.21 again I raised my concern to flipkart social media team again I was asked for bank account details which I have shared and again the same thing repeated. On 02.11.21 suddenly I got a message from flipkart that seller has cancelled the return of item. I made a call to flipkart tollfree number and I was told that the order will be cancelled at their end and refund will be processed. Suddenly after few hours I got a message that as per my request they have cancelled the return of item. I made a call again at flipkart customer service and told them that I havenot raised a request to cancel the return but I have raised a request to cancel the order and refund my amount. From last one and half month I have given a lot of precious time of mine for this issue. The response of flipkart is pathetic even 14.10.21 afterwards I asked the number of appealing authority and everytime they denied mentioning they cant share the number of any senior executive. It is an open and shut case The product is yet not delivered to me and many times I was told that the refund will be credited and not done. Kindly intervene to get me refund.
