Dear sir,
On 27 sep 2017, i ordered online "moto e4 plus (Oxford blue, 32 gb) from flipkart (Order no : od[protected] and which i received on 29 sep 17. While using the same i felt that the touch screen is not working well so on 02 oct 17, i put return/replacement request (Return id -[protected]). On 07 oct 17, flipkart sent their technician for checking/repairing the same handset in my address. While checking the set, technician also felt that touch is not working perfectly so he done the factory resetting and return the mobile back to me and told if you face the same issue again in next 2 days then you can put the return request again and will refund the amount (Which he given in written also). Same day after 3 hrs only i felt the same problem so i put the return request again on 08 oct 17 but this time flipkart rejected the return request. As per flipkart customer care executive, they already sent their technician so now they are not going to replace the handset and now i have to visit the nearby service center of that handset company.
Now there are few question to flipkart:
1) wats the meaning of 10 days replacement warranty if they are really not int to replace the handset within that time frame also.
2) as per customer care executive, now i have to visit nearby service center for this issue. But flipkart suppose to know that service center always repair the handset, they don't replace the set easily thats why we purchased the handset through flipkart not from the local retailer moreover if there is problem with touch then also service center can't do anything as it require replacement only.
3) while speaking to customer care executive and even senior supervisor (Mr shivam raghuvansi), both of them told me they don't have any option to put complaint or to take any request for the same. Now tell me how can i contact to flipkart back office or concerned department if i want to speak to those people as flipkart customer care executive is not ready to take call back request also.
4) flipkart technician already felt the problem and he only told and even gave in written that if problem remain same then we can put the complaints within 2 days and the same statement is updated in flipkart website also but then also flipkart is not ready to replace/refund.
Last but not the least, i think its better to do shopping through amazon instead of flipkart as amazon is much better then flipkart in term o[censored]ser friendly, friendly customer care executive, easy to connect with customer care executive.
