Flipkart — I didnt got the offer with the product purchased

I placed an order for Poco C3 on 9th November 2021 and then on the product page it was mentioned that "Get Disney+Hotstar 1 year subscription worth Rs 499 for free" I didn't know how I will get this offer that's why I verified with the customer care and they said yes you will get it after the product is delivered. Also, I posted a tweet on Twitter and @flipkartsupport replied that you will get the offer after the product is delivered. The product was delivered on 13th November 2021 and I didn't get the offer. Now they are saying the offer didn't apply, as a customer how I will get to know the offer is applied or not. I had already asked customer care.
