I had ordered 2 products from Flipkart app Huskey Nova Lint 812 Lint Roller and Royalkart 1 Lint Roller with Cover 60 Sheet & 3 Refills 60 Sheets Lint Roller
But unfortunately on 14 August, I received the below message from Flipkart that my product was delivered.

And on 13 august I received the below message from Flipkart that my product was delivered

But I had not received any product
I have been requesting Flipkart to share the seller details or at least request the seller to deliver the products
I had done full payment of the products through UPI.
The products are not yet delivered still but reflecting on their website as delivered. I get a fake delivery confirmation over email & SMS.
When I did not receive the product on 14th August. I escalated the issue. Within an hour Flipkart updates the status of the orders on their website as 'delivered'.
They just assure me that they will look into the matter & I get auto-generate dated mail mentioning
That the issue will now be resolved till 19th August
Flipkart just enquires from me that whether I got any call back from the seller. The seller had not contacted me anymore
I am deeply disappointed with Flipkart has managed this order
Till now the company has just escalated the issues
They didn't do anything for resolution of issues
They had not sent any email and they had also didn't share any phone number too
