[Resolved] Flipkart — I have not received my product ! | |||
I ordered Moto E mobile phone on 18/06/2014 which was supposed to be delivered by 24/062014. When it was not delivered to me by that time I checked website for tracking details and to my surprise the status was mentioned as "your product have been delivered on 20/06/14". But I didn't receive any call/SMS/mail about the delivery from either flipkart or its courier partner then how can I believe that you really made an attempt to deliver the product. I need an explanation about this and how Flipkart are going to compensate me for this product as I have already paid for it through debit card. Was this information helpful? | |||
