order :[protected] booked on 21st still nt delivered .i paid immidiated delivery cost given unnecessary reasons to delivery .i already paid full payment of product, customer care also nt providing solutins saying to cancel the order.pls take action after taking full payment of product nt delivering in time giving wrongly solutions

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to Ms.Anjali and she confirmed that the product was delivered. Also, apologized for the delay and it is found that we have also credited TOA to customer's wallet as there was delay in delivery and hence closing the case as the issue stands resolved.
