[Resolved] Flipkart — Ignorance for customer | |||||
Message: dear sir/madam i have booked a moto x play from flipkart on 21st sept 2015 and made the payment of 19, 999 then and there and i was also promised to get the product by 5th oct 2015. Howevr due to unavailablity of the product they cancelled the product on 8 th october. Meanwhile one of my friend booked the order on 1st oct 2015 and got it by yesterday i.e. 9th oct 2015 so i dont understand y they did such disprepency with my order also i havent recieved any refund till now and i also tried contacting them in wvry possible way but no resolution provided. Prayer: i request you to kindly investigate and help me to get the phone also since they have wasted my time and energy i want compensation on the product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
