I was already post a complete on 4th dec still no response from you!!! I purchased digiflip xt 801 nov'2014...but after 6 months o[censored]sage it ran into a problem so gave to in service center on 14th sep 2015, 3 months over still problem not solved!!!the service center guys saying we have no idea at what time digiflip take.. what poor service.. flipkart and digiflip... Dec 18, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved thank you flipkart :) this is best...but need to improve customer support...flipkart social has solve my problem...once again thank you flipkart Verified Support Dec 12, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, informed that we will arrange for refund. Informed the customer to get back the product from ASC. Customer agreed.
