Sir, With regards to order - OD[protected], "I Raised a Replacement Request" - as the device is not working suddenly - for every operation, getting the corresponding recorded message. For Example: If we unlock the screen, immediately we hear the message - "Screen is on". Similarly for operation like, Date, time, Battery Charge Percentage etc. Seems like device is locked. But not sure. Raised Claim on 23rd Jul'15 and till today I've not received any call (just got two missed calls from +91-[protected] - once on 24th and once on 26th Jul'15). And whenever I call Flipkart Customer Care: [protected], "I'm getting the response as Backend Team tried to call you, but you are not responding". Calling customer means...not just giving one Ring. You need to give atleast 2 - 3 rings and still if the customer is not picking-up the call, then you can blame customer. Please don't expect customer should pickup the call in just Fraction of Seconds. And don't update the status as - "Customer is not available" - just by giving Missed Call. This kind of service Customer will never expect. And also please note that, there is no Rule that "You should call customer only once and only one Ring". If customer is not responding first time, you should make call second time. At least two times you should call (two calls with long rings), still if there is no response, then you can escalate and update the status as Customer is not available). Still Requesting your quick resolution by Replacing the Device. You can tell the executive to check the device before Replacing it. Need your kind attention and quick solution for this issue.
