[Resolved] Flipkart — Installation not done/delivery date not updated | |||||
I have purchased TV with having Order ID - OD[protected] on 2 Nov, 2015. They provided me 10 Nov as Delivery Date, But They delivered on 17 Nov after so many complaints. I had to call Courier Partner(Safexpress) myself several times for delivery. After delivery on 17 Nov, Courier parter did not updated delivery date at his website for 2 days. I had to call him for updating Delivery Date, and he updated as his end. But Flipkart did not updated till now. Flipkart did not updated my Delivery date till now (19 Nov). Installation is pending due to this Delivery date not updated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
