Flipkart — Installation of lloyd split AC

I ordered this product from flipkart on 26/05/2020, order id:-od[protected] and i got delivery on 04.06.2020 after delivery, i received one sms for installation of ac on 06.06.2020 and charges for installation is ₹1599 plus additional accessories charges, while at the time of purchase it was clearly mentioned in applications that installation is free. But on 06.06.2020 i failed to receive the call of technician which came for installation but immediately within 10mints i contacted customer support who assured me that today installation will be done. But when after 2 hours again i called to customer support service they said mam it is to late, we will reschedule your installation for tomorrow, then on 07.06.2020 again i started contacting with customer support and technician at least i contacted 5 times from 10 am to 8 pm and after every call the technician was assuring me that he will come within 1 hour but at 8 o clock when i called him he said it is not possible to come now... I will come tomorrow and again i received one sms from customer support that your installation is rescheduled... Because the person is coming for installation i didn't go out for my important work and again on sunday i was waiting for him full day with regular follow up and he is just making bme fool that i will come within one hour it completely wasted my two days with mental stress. Is this how the customer support service is working in today's ecommerce, the thing which should complete in one day don't even completed in 5days.
