The unit was delivered on 22 April 2026, and I was assured that the installation would be completed by 24 April 2026. I was also informed that an installation partner would be assigned promptly and that the process would be completed on the same day.
However, despite these assurances, I have not received any communication or visit from the installation team so far. To my surprise, I have now received a message stating that the installation is scheduled to be completed by 27 April between 8 AM and 8 PM, which is a significant delay from the original commitment.
This experience has been highly disappointing and inconvenient. I request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure that the installation is completed at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
