[Resolved] Flipkart — Item "Bluegape Paris Digital Art Cushions Cover" not taken back | |||
I ordered "Bluegape Paris Digital Art Cushions Cover" on 02.08.2014 and the same was delivered on 14.08.2014. The item is not qualitative/Worthy and also having some stitching defect. When I lodged complain I got complain reference No. [Incident:[protected] for Order ID OD[protected] by Flipkart. They also stated that the item will be taken back on 16.08.2014 and later stated that it will be taken back on 19.08.2014. But today 18.08.2014, I received phone call stating that it will not be taken back. Was this information helpful? | |||
